Pourquoi je n’ai jamais de points pendant les compétitions pour bonus d’indice et bonus de précision, mesi je ne fais aucune erreur et fini mon tableau ces 2 bonus ne me donnent rien?

Why do I never get any points during the competitions for index bonus and precision bonus, but I do not make any mistakes and finish my table these 2 bonuses give me nothing?
Hint bonus (bonus d’indice) is always 0, whether you use a hint or not, in both Time Rush and Spot the Difference competitions.
Accuracy bonus (bonus de précision) is max of 700 in Time Rush, with 70 point deduction for each miss. In Spot the Difference, accuracy bonus starts at 500 in the 1st round and increases by 100 every round until it reaches max of 1600 for 12th-15th round. Each miss is 120-160 point deduction depending on the round.
If you are not receiving accuracy bonus for no misses, take a screenshot and notify customer support.
