Gold bar are only good for downgrading and upgrading the 3x3 buildings. Nothing else.

If I have all the buildings already what is the use of gold bars ? There seems to be no point in going in a competition which has bars as the only prize !

I totally agree! What a rip off! I can't even change the ugly flower shop and it's the only one I would like to change.

The first 9 buildings now have a 6th level, the Golden Facade, which also adds additional Flower value. Developers are working on adding Style Picker to more buildings, so you can expect a downgrade to the flower shop in the future.
