Do celebration times depend on ones time zone?

Do celebration times depend on ones time zone? I know the help says that each day’s prize ends at midnight. Will each player’s time zone be the deciding time or is the clubs time somehow the deciding time? As president I am left to answer my club’s questions and have no understanding on this time thing.

Ms. Tearius Answered:

Celebrations do not depend on club's meeting time. Each day's prize ends in the player's own time zone, I believe. Sadly, the global start seemed late, such that some Australian/New Zealand players were unable to get Feb 11 reward.
