My app is locked by an ad that will not let me return to the game. The screen is black and has a few of the ad icons at the bottom. All of the other apps on my iPhone work great, so I don't think it is my phone. Help!

Try to hit the "cancel" button when the video first starts. Then attempt the video again. If that doesn't work, contact Wooga support through the "help" button in the game settings or "contact us" at wooga.helpshift.com.

Eso se produce, bien por falta de memoria de pantalla, o bien porque ha sido diseñado en un formato de vídeo que no admite tu iPhone. La solución, está en salir del juego y volver a entrar. Dándole hacia atrás, te quedas con la aplicación del juego bloqueada.
