When you remove a member from your club, are you able to give a reason why you removed them? Our club is full, so I would like to remove those who never play or contribute to the team and open up spots for new members who actually play the game consistently and help the club win competitions. But I don't want to hurt feelings or upset other club members.
Not privately. The only place you can explain is in the lounge chat room, but there is no certainty they will read it. Some presidents will leave a message addressed to such individuals and give them 1 week notice to respond before they are removed. It is reasonable to remove a member if they have not participated/contributed to the club.
When a player joins in a competition but doesn't really play (they're basically joining to get free rewards, right?), then I think the president can remove them from the club without notice,
After not playing for 30 days our president just removes the non player. If you give them a one week notice they will play once (maybe) and not play again. Non players are not playing (lol) so they can be just removed without worrying about hurting their feelings.
