To change the meeting time, a president/officer must tap on the club icon, "edit" club details, and tap on the time to get the pull-down menu. "Save" to confirm. It may take a day or two for the announcement on the lounge chat to change.

You can meet at any time, if you can communicate to your team what time(s) they should meet. With the new lounge café changes of June 2021, each player can only serve once a day. Some teams split the serving, such that half the players server at an early time, and the other half at a later time. Those who attend and drink at both will still get maximum drink energy (and league blue ribbons when the league is active).
