I don’t want to downsize my house and buy another one for 100 gold bars. Is there a way around?

After you complete the tutorial, tap on the Estate, tap on the 2nd icon (house with hammer), and select style 5. You already own it, no gold bars needed.

If you are in a lounge team, you will go through a 2nd tutorial explaining the Golden Facade bundle, and you will get the bundle for free, allowing you to choose all 6 Estate styles for free and to get 50 additional Flowers.
