Why does the game keep popping off?

Why does the game keep popping off? Won't let me play. Opens up then cut off.
As the game is getting more complex, older devices with less capability may not work as well. Try closing all tabs and apps before you start to play. Clear the device cache to help it run faster.
Here are the Minimum Device Requirements stated on their website:
June's Journey is compatible with iPad, iPhone, many (but not all) Android phones and Android tablets. It is also available on Facebook for PC and Mac players.
Minimum requirements for an Apple device (iPhone or iPad):
iOS 10 or higher
iPad 2 or better
500 MB minimum storage capacity
Internet connection required
Minimum requirements for an Android device:
OpenGL 2.0
Android 4.4 "KitKat" (API Level: 19)
500 MB minimum storage capacity
A minimum of 1GB RAM
Internet connection required
Devices that do not meet these minimum requirements are not supported.
