I had the right number of orchids to open a scene and I didn’t get it. Why not?

Sometimes it's a glitch that corrects itself when you reload. If you purchased a decoration for flowers, know that construction must be finished before the flowers count. If it's still not working, contact customer support through the "help" button in the game settings (green gear icon).
