How do I gather the energy bolts won by finding hidden objects?

There is nothing for you to do. Energy reward from the suitcases at the end of a hidden object scene, should automatically be added to your energy level. Usually they are a small number and will not fill your whole bar. They are added to the count before the suitcase contents are revealed to you.
