Is it possible to access Character Cards without collecting the coins on the Estate?

In the past, the photo album with the character cards could be accessed without collecting the Estate coins by opening up the storage menu, then tapping on the Estate to get the album icon. But with the most recent update, that icon is absent, such that there is no way to access the album but to collect the Estate coins. It is not clear whether this was an intentional change. I encourage you to write to customer support through the "help" button in the game settings (green gear icon) and to ask the developers to fix this issue.
