As an officer, if I remove someone from the club can they see that I specifically removed them or is it anonymous?

It is not anonymous. The removed member will receive a letter in their game mailbox indicating who removed them from the club. However, club members will only see in the chat room that "(Island Name) has left the club."

Are you able to give a reason why you removed them? Our club is full, so I would like to remove those who never play or contribute to the team and open up spots for new members who actually play the game consistently and help the club win competitions. 0 0 REPORT

No, you will not be able to give a reason. Only place to explain is in the chat room. It is reasonable and advisable to explain that you are trying to improve the team and would like to remove players who are unable to help the team. Give them a week to shape up, and if they don't read the message or don't comply, remove them. It will boost morale of remaining players.
