Why can't I type a message to my team?

To type a message in the chat room:

Enter the lounge (green armchair icon)

Select first tab on the bottom (speech bubble icon)

Tap on the lower right hand corner icon (speech bubble with "+")

You should get a pop-up window for your message.

PC devices should be able to type message directly in the window and tap "send".

Mobile devices tap on the window to bring up your keyboard and a separate message box.

After typing a message, close the message box and tap "send".

If you still have trouble, contact customer support, through the "help" button in the game settings (green gear icon on the island screen).
