I am ready to play a new scene but it tells me to decorate. I've taken items from storage and bought new decorations but it still says to decorate. Help.

If you bought decoration to satisfy the flower requirement that you need to level up, you must wait for the decoration to finish construction and remove the red ribbon, before the flower value will count. Things taken out of storage have no wait time and should immediately decrease the number of flowers you need.
