I created a coffee lounge and was president of it. I gave the position to other team member, when I took a hiatus for a couple of months. The other member rarely participates as President. I would like the position of President back, how do I do that?

Ms. Tearius Answered:

I assume you are currently an officer on the team. You cannot promote yourself to president; the existing president must step down by promoting you to president position. If that is not possible, your only other option is to leave and to start a new team.
