What level do you have to be on To get the 3 circles on the right hand side of the screen?

There are 3 green circle icons: game settings, camera, and full screen, which should be available to everyone. Some games display them in the top right corner instead. There is an icon on the right that depicts a map and compass. This will only be available when you are close to removing all the clouds from Orchid Island. This icon will take you to additional islands.
