To progress further, you must replay scenes to earn enough coins to buy decoration. Once you buy, you'll have to wait until construction is complete and to remove the red ribbon, before the flower value will count. And be aware, if you buy too many low-flower decorations, you will run out of island space.

Next to the flower icon is how many more flowers you need to reach the next level. You want that value to reach 0. That value will decrease whenever you add flower value to your island, such as unwrapping new decoration, renovating your landmark, upgrading your 3x3 buildings, or receiving a flower reward from Jack's delivery.If you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
