Level 501. Just opened up Sunflower Bay island and began Volume II. Have accessed all decorations (Skipping Rhymes being the last). Other than the Seasonal Sets (which Wooga just recycles every year), will there be any more decorations coming? Several more volumes to play and islands to decorate. Please tell me that Skipping Rhymes isn’t the last of the decorations.

Skipping Rhymes is the last of the permanent decorations at this time. We haven't had new permanent decorations since June 2020, when 7 items of varying star requirements were added during the 7 Weekly Wonders Event.
