How do you replay scenes to get a higher flower count?

You cannot replay scenes to get a higher flower count. You can replay scenes to collect more coins and suitcase rewards. If you earn enough coins, then you can buy more decoration, which will add flower value to your island. Flowers can only come from buying decoration, renovating landmarks, upgrading buildings, and send Jack on certain deliveries for flowers/decoration.
