Is there a map that shows how much all the land expansions cost? Or even just a map of orchid island?

Ms. Tearius Answered:
Not within the game. But player Leona Hansaa has screenshots of all the islands and denoted the expansion costs. You can find her info in the Orchid Social: Help and Tips group on Facebook.
