I move through four chapters (20 star levels) and opened 5 five star boxes and did not receive any..

I move through four chapters (20 star levels) and opened 5 five star boxes and did not receive any Marvelous gifts. Is it by chance or is something blocking these from happening?

The odds are 1 Marvelous prize in 10 pink boxes. So you need to open more pink boxes. Expect to open about 20 pink boxes to get both prizes, but sometimes luckier.
