I accidentally deleted June's Journey while freeing up space for another app. I've been playing JJ for months. Is there a way to retrieve it without starting from the beginning?

Yes, if it was connected to Facebook, which backs up your game. All you need to do is log into FB, then restart the game. When it asks, connect to FB and select the game in progress.
If you did not have your game connected to FB and have your game ID, contact customer support at wooga.helpshift.com, and they may be able to help.
