In which chapter can I get glass material?

There is no relation between chapters and materials. The materials you get at the end of playing a scene are random, but mostly common materials. Glass is a rare material. Best way to get rare materials (porcelain, copper, glass, terracotta, marble) are from blue 1-star boxes at odds of 1 in 9 and from pink 5-star boxes at odds on 1 in 4.
