How come at chapter 911 it tells me I have to wait two days for it to open? I have enough flowers and have accumulated all the stars. I also see other players with scores over 1000.

Congrats, you have caught up with the developers. At this time, the last scene released is #910. A new chapter (5 more scenes) are released every Thursday. So everyone who has caught up with the developers must wait until then.
