You can purchase multiple hints ahead of time using your tip tokens. Each hint is a one-time personal hint during competition scenes. When you are stuck just tap on the hint button in the lower right corner. Any hints that you don't use, will be saved for future competitions.

If you buy during a competition, you must leave the competition and go to the lounge to purchase, which will cut into your total competition time. So even though it is not required, it is best to buy multiple hints ahead of time. If you end up not using them, they will save for future competitions. Guest Replied

I believe the reason your hint is not that it isn't working, there is no cast in this picture so there's nowhere for the hint to go. Mine is still saying I have the one hint I bought. Hopefully we can still use our hint once we're out of this room. Guest Replied

WOW I thought it was just me. I am having the same issue. There does not appear to be a cast anywhere. I have spent 70 energy bars trying to zoom in to find the cast and get past this. The Competition Hint does not recognize or find a csst anywhere. This is extremely frustrating. I'm going to call it quits on this one. I'm not going to continue wasting my energy bars. I finally got to the level with the cast. It is level 544 and is clearly at the foot of the bed in front of the test tubes, clear as day, and it certainly was not there during the competition. Guest Answered:
You can leave bushes and get diamonds when you receive bushes. Clearing land also gives diamonds. You can also buy diamonds by clicking on the diamond display.
