Won't open after update, what can I do?

After viewing an ad game crashed and will not open or load I need your help

If your game was connected to Facebook, try deleting the game from you device and re-installing it. Then connect to Facebook and select the game in progress. If that doesn't work, contact customer support at wooga.helpshift.com (support button on the upper right corner).

Game won't open after update for the second time. And can't open it to get game ID. This is my favorite game, but this is the second time this has happened. The first time it just suddenly started working again. So far no such luck this time.
