How do I use officer abilities?

As an officer, when you tap on the club icon, you will have buttons that allows you to edit club details, green and red buttons next to each member to promote and demote, and icons that allow you to invite players from your boat list. If your club in an application-only club, then you'll also see a box icon to accept applications.
