According to game's FAQ site, here are the minimum requirements for an Android device:
OpenGL 2.0
Android 4.4 "KitKat" (API Level: 19)
500 MB minimum storage capacity
A minimum of 1GB RAM
Internet connection required
Devices that do not meet these minimum requirements are not supported.
