How do I invite someone?

If you are an officer or president, you will have the ability to invite the people on your boat list who are not already in a club. There will be an icon of person with a "+" sign below the club list. If you want to invite others outside the boat list, you'll have to communicate with them and give your club name for them to search and apply/join.
