How some people score 800,000/ 900,000 in Time Rush competition?

I'd like to know that, too. My friend, who has reached >750K in Time Rush, says she plays on a touchscreen and practices the scenes in regular play first until she is very familiar with the scenes. She doesn't know how players get scores 800K or 900K. I'm guessing they have fast touchscreen device, strong internet, and use two hands (thumbs) to play?
