FaceBook screen size problems: Get stuck in small mode all the time and have to restart. Game opens to special offer in small screen and have to restart. Sometimes 3X before gaining full screen ability. Is there a way to fix this?

Sounds like a glitch that customer support will have to help you with. Go to https://wooga.helpshift.com/ and tap on the "contact us" button in the top right corner. Have you game ID handy, which is a 16-character ID shown when the game is loading in the top bottom corner.

Too much work. I think I will just quit playing. It isn't worth it. I have played this game for years and now I cannot because I can't see the screen. Techs always want their customers to jump through hoops to get things working again. That is poor customer service. It is not my job to fix it. 0 0 REPORT
