There are only 5 landmarks: Lighthouse, Chapel, Pirate Ship, Mountain Chateau, and Aviary. However, he Aviary will continually give flowers every day for hatching and nurturing birds.

Landmarks cannot be bought, so you are probably talking about Buildings, of which there are currently 28 including the Estate. There may be more in the future, but since they cannot be moved to any of the outer islands, space on Orchid Island is limited for them.
