How can I get the lockers numbers to move to the correct numbers to solve the mystery at St Prudence? I have tried for days

Chapter 96-St. Prudence Walkthrough
get hairpin
use hairpin on office door
get files on desk
click on lock on middle locker
dial 7,6,5
open locker door
get envelope
Some players still have difficulty. Not certain if it helps, but try opening the other 2 lockers before you open the middle locker.

I did this and after I added the numbers for the combo..nothing happens..locker doesnt open. 0 0 REPORT
