Why do I sometimes get 9 coins and other times 10 coins when drinking coffee in the Cafe?

The energy you get from the drink (9-15 energy bolts) depends on how many upgrades the server has purchased with their tip tokens.
Likewise, when you serve your drink, it shows you at the top of your menu. how much energy your drink will give to those who accept your drink.
