Why do I get several gifts from some friends when I can only send one a day?

You can send 6 regular bushes and 10 specialty bushes every 22 hrs. You can only give one person a bush every 22 hours. It's possible to receive 2 bushes from the same person in the same day if they gave 22 hours apart.
