President sets the rules and determines
-whether meeting time(s) are strict or not or if there is a minimum coffee to be shared
-whether competition is required or not.
-whether bush exchanges are organized or not.
-whether communication in the chat room is encouraged
-whether communication outside the game is required (i.e. FB group, FB messenger, other).
Some clubs have an inactive president and no rules at all.
