How do I send the cup of coffee to another friend's cafe? Do I have to play on Facebook to do this, as I don't want to play on Facebook.

If you are in a club, you can only share drinks with your teammates.
If neither you nor your friend is in a club, you must be Facebook friends and have both games connected to Facebook. Even so, you still would not be able to direct the drink to that friend, but can only put out the drink (available to everyone on your boat friend list who is not currently in a club) at a predestined time for them to pick up within 30 minutes.
