I'm certainly no tech expert, but I'd try clearing my browser cache. Then if the game is connected to Facebook, I'd reinstall the game to make sure I have the latest update. If that fails, I'd contact Wooga support at wooga.com/support.

Also, if you use an ad blocker, the game will freeze on a white screen. Other than removing the ad blocker, you can try to cancel the video before it starts. 0 0 REPORT
