My friends gave me two bushes that I like. I would like to keep them, not “clear“ them. Can someone tell me how to keep them instead of clearing them?

Just leave them there, instead of digging them up. Many people incorporate them with their island design.

If the bushes are left alone will the eventually become part of my island so they can be moved to like items.

They can never be moved. Either left as is or dug up.
