What if the president has stop playing the game and a few of the officers and there is no way to remove them? How do we get rid of them?

You cannot remove them. You best solution is start a new club. Before you leave, inform the active members what the new club will be called so they will be able to find it. Once you leave the club, you will have no contact with them.
