Entry to carriage 2 = 565. The number comes from watching the JJ-sponsored youtube video described on the Conductor's note in compartment #103 safe, "Eleanor Neale: Murder in the Graveyard." Behind her on the desk are stacks of poker chips, 5 black, 7 red, and 3 blue. Follow the math instructions to get answer 565.
