To unlock carriage 2, look at the note The Conductor left in the safe in compartment 103. Search for the video online: "Eleanor Neale: Murder in the Graveyard" sponsored by JJ. Behind her on the desk are piles of poker chips: 5 black, 7 red, 3 blue. Follow the math instructions to get "565".
