When you have 3 plots left on Orchid Island, you will receive a map icon. When all the plots have been cleared, you will be able to use that map icon to travel to the next island, Sunflower Island. Once Sunflower Island is cleared of clouds, you'll get to travel to Laurel Island and after that, Willow Island. If you have all 4 islands already opened, then we wait to see if there is a 5th.

Yes, you keep all of that. The accessory islands just allow you to decorate more. You'll still need to go back and forth to the main Orchid island to collect coins, landmark energy, send Jack on deliveries, and renovate landmarks or nurture aviary birds.
