How can I move Landmark buildings to Sunflower Island?

You cannot move coin-producing buildings (3x3 and 4x4) or Landmarks (lighthouse, chapel, pirate ship, mountain chateau, and aviary) to Sunflower Island. Only items that can be placed in storage can then be taken out of storage and placed on any of the outer islands.
