The regular bar fills to 110 energy after 3hr 20min. The extended bar fills to 150 energy after 5 hours. The auto refill rate is the same for either bar, 1 energy every 2 minutes.

Correction: 110 energy bar will refill after 3hr 40 minutes. Sorry for the typo.
