If you renovate and fill 2 bars every day, the Chapel Landmark will take 171 days (5.7 months).
In comparison:
Lighthouse: 140 days (4.6 months)
Chapel: 171 days (5.7 months)
Pirate Ship: 190 days (6.3 months)
Mountain Chateau: 228 days (7.6 months)
Aviary: 60 days (2 months)
And it would be faster if you renovate every 20 hours, which is the very earliest you can do so.
