When I tap on the Wedding Chapel there’re 2 icons at the bottom, a red circle with an X and a green circle with an energy bolt. How much energy does it generate if you trade it in? If you hit the X what happens to it?

You cannot trade in the Chapel or any of the 5 landmarks. Four of the landmarks (Lighthouse, Chapel, Pirate Ship, and Mountain Chateau) when complete will generate 1 energy every 40 minutes until it reaches the maximum of 15 after 10 hours. The green circle icon will allow you to collect any energy that has accumulated. The red circle will just stop highlighting the landmark and go back to the island.
