What time zone are club meeting times based on?

Not true. My meeting time is supposed to be 8 yet it says meeting time has begun and it’s only 3

The official time written on the club cover page is adjusted to your time zone. The time mentioned in the chat room can be off, sometimes taking up to 24 hrs to correct, but it should also be adjusted to your time zone. Be aware that some clubs meet at a time different than the stated official time for competition purposes.

My time shows up in the 24 hour military time...anyway to get it to reflect standard time? The time options only show military time.

I have game time set at 20:00 military time and meeting time should be 9:00 pm however meeting notification In chat group notified at 8:00pm

20:00 military time is 8 pm.

I asked the head of one group who said " if you're in PWT, & I am in NY ( East) then 7 am will be too early for you if it's 3 hours diff, meaning 4am. " Which completely confused me, given the game players wud be international. " So I left & joined another Group & asked about the time as it only says a.m. or p.m. & was told " I'm so sick of answering this question, can't you read? " I was so taken aback, but thought - Read what? the tutorial shows how the game is played & I was well into it already.

At 1:40 pm CST Message reads Meeting time has begun. Share drinks in the cafe. 8:00 pm. Why is this not working?
Very frustrating.
