How can I tell which Island I am in ?

If you have to ask, you are probably on Orchid Island. Once you clear all the clouds off of all three sections of Orchid Island, you will receive a map that allows you to travel to the next island. The map shows the names of the islands.
1st island - Orchid Island
2nd island - Sunflower Island
3rd island - Laurel Island
4th island - Willow Island
