How do I get to make the 4-domed building on Orchid Island? I've seen it on other players islands who are on a much lower level than me. The building is on the rocks to the right of the bay close to the airfield, and has a gold bird on the top.

That is the Aviary. You will received the Aviary after your finish all the other Landmarks: Lighthouse, Chapel, Pirate Ship, and Mountain Chateau, in that order. People who have it must have been playing the game for about 2 years. If they have a lower level than you, it means they have not been playing as much as you.
